Surely it is if you look at it through rose-colored glasses. In reality, though, this name was given to the April Full Moon by native Americans to represent the color of the wild ground phlox. April Full Moon alternative names

This year, April's Full Moon is also the Paschal Full Moon (which is the first Full Moon after the March equinox). The Christian holiday Easter occurs on the Sunday following the Paschal Full Moon. In 2022, both events are especially close because Easter Sunday will fall on April 17 — the very next day after the Full Moon.
