Happy Astronomy Day!
It’s time to celebrate the skies and learn about our place in space because the 2019 International Astronomy Day takes place on Saturday, May 11th. Whether you are professionals, amateurs, enthusiasts, or just slightly interested in astronomy - gather together and increase the range of your knowledge about our wonderful universe.
International Astronomy Day was started in 1973 by Doug Berger, the president of the Astronomical Association of Northern California. His intent was to set up various telescopes in busy urban locations so that passersby could enjoy views of the heavens. Since then the event has expanded and is now sponsored by a number of organizations associated with astronomy.
Let’s go stargazing and broaden horizons with our exquisite astronomy guide. Point your device to the sky and make an effortless journey through thousands of stars, comets, constellations, and other celestial bodies. Do not miss the chance to get the paid Star Walk 2 app and 3D models of constellations for both paid and free apps at the lowest price.
